it usually hangs around the 30/40 range during the day... i thought the needle was going to break off the meter when it pegged out on this test! LOL
it's just the regular old comcast connection... like I said, no throttle... I'm guessing I'm like the only person in this hick town using them, so they've got no need to throttle me
